This is what I hope to be my new Icon here on DA but I can't get it down to less than 15 kb so I can't upload it as an avatar. 
Does anyone have any ideas?
I have managed to upload now.
I removed some frames and reduced the colours.
I know the hair doesn't move as much as it should but overall I'm pretty pleased with this.
